SPRING DATES 2020
Why you should do this course?
This course has been designed by and is led by Senior Yoga Teachers (Emily-Clare Hill) and Michael James Wong. Emily & Michale have been working together for a long time on various Teacher development programs, workshops and other yoga based projects. This collaboration on the creation of the FRAME 200 hour yoga teacher training has taken them to a new level, this course was designed in 2017 and evolves and develops each and every time. Passionate for creating a course that offers more than just sharing the gift of information we have created space to encourage learning in the moment, through interactive teaching and preparing the students to have the tools available and ready to step out into real world teaching. With an abundance of time spent developing the space and environment perfect for learning, we bring together a full balance of physical practice, yogic and modern philosophy, yoga history, anatomy, pre and post natal understanding, thumbing and class planning. We offer the ceremony of immersing in the practice whilst in full study mode, our tools include forming community and connection early on in the training to take the journey with your peers by your side. Using facilitation techniques that aid fast learning, getting hands on from day one, creating a study format that keep you intone and involved. One thing that we are always told makes the course stand out, is that all teaches make a huge effort in getting to know each individual not he course to allow full understanding in guiding the individual.
