NEXT WORKSHOP

SATURDAY APRIL 8th 2-4PM

"THE FULL PRACTICE" 

A 2 hour yoga practice. A great way to kick to clear the energetic cobwebs, polish the perspective, find focus and balance. This is a monthly workshop giving you a focal point to dedicate a little longer to your yoga practice. 

 

Expect a thorough and deep all round practice that will involve elements of practice often including mantra, mediation, pranayama, strong and focused asana and yoga nidra.

SATURDAY APRIL 15th 5:00-7:00PM

"DEEP RELEASE AND RESET"

In these winter months it can feel a little rough in the push pull of life, wanting the light and warmth and resisting the cold and the dark.

This workshop invites you to release the resistance and honour the callings to rest and turn in. The physical practice will create a little warmth to awaken and connect to the body so we can begin to release deeply into the moment before giving time to restore and relax, dropping deep into a state of rest with no resistance.Expect some Yang vinyasa, some deep yin challenging the mind closing with some snuggly restorative and relaxation guidance.
