OUR SEASONAL RETREAT DAY'S

When the seasons change so do we. However we can find ourselves clinging to the old, stuck in our habits and ways we’ve developed in one season. This seasonal retreat is set to awaken us to the new seasons to shift our habits and open ourselves to the direction of the new state. To to tune into nature and recognize our part within that path.

 

What to expect on our day retreats

 

The day will run 9-5:30pm

 

Arrival (Tea and a snack)

 

9-10 We will open with focused guided mediation & breath work 

 

10-11 Followed by a mindful walk

 

11-1 Asana Practice will be fluid and thorough 

 

1-2 Lunch (Light vegetarian lunch)

 

2-3 Mindfulness journalling practice 

 

3-5 Restorative practice with yoga Nidra and sound healing

 

5-5:30 - Closing 

 

What you will need:

Practice clothes, layers for your walk and comfortable payers for yoga Nidra. 

We ill have mats and blankets etc but anything personal you like to have is welcomed. I will gift everyone a mini notebook but equally if you want to use your own you can do I will also make sure we have pens. Food is provided but you can of course have your own drinks and snack too. When booking please make us aware of any food restrictions or allergies - the food will be vegetarian.
