​WHAT TO EXPECT​​

 

Retreats welcome us back to self, the title of this retreat attune to self is exactly that. Find your way back into self, through movement, breath work, calm, space, nourishment, self care, rest, quiet, pause. I welcome all to this retreat we will practice yoga daily, but there wil be varied offerings of practice, dynamic, slow & soft, sounds baths, yoga nidra.

A retreat is for you if you want to take care of who you are, if you want to indulge in life, if you want a rest, if you want to move, if you want to breath & also if you dont know what you want ha, this is space to find yourself and your true north once again.

THE RETREAT SPACE

​

We are staying in a beautiful, quiet retreat hotel, tucked away from the hubbub of Marrakech on the outskirts of a quiet Berber village. Meandering corridors and courtyard paths lead to authentic, comfortable rooms with fireplaces and en-suite bathrooms. We will be practicing yoga on the rooftop or in the large, light studio twice a day. There are two pools to float around in, secret terraces, beautiful gardens, fountains and lots of quiet, hidden sunny corners for relaxing and reading. There is also an on-site spa, offering a range of massages, hammams and other treatments.​

ACCOMODATION

​

You have the option of choosing to share a twin room or go solo. Every room comes with an ensuite. All rooms are beautifully spacious. All towels provided and body wash in all bathrooms.

FOOD & DRINKS

​​

All meals are a delicious vegetarian spread served up buffet style, with lots of choice. The retreat space use lots of fresh local produce. There's always, fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee available. Post morning practice we have a buffet breakfast full of all the delights to nourish and satisfy. Late afternoon a leisurely lunch and our evening meal post evening practice around 7:30ish every day.

Alcohol won’t be served with the meals, but there is an

option to add.

WHAT WILL I NEED 

​

Not much, just what ever you like to move in, your day wear, there's pool of course but it's really about letting go of what you need and just letting yourself be, so if you wear the same yoga gear every day then great!

Payment plans very much available don't hesitate just ask me and we can work out what best serves.

Pricing includes, 3 meals a day, 2/3 yoga practices a day, towels are provided both for in the rooms and for the pool or beach, 5 nights stay, all the tea & coffee you need, use of all the facilities. Most things will be provided if we just ask.

WHATS NOT INCLUDED

​

- Your flights and travel to the retreat (we can organise together though)

- Extra snacks bought outside of the space (but the food is in abundance) 

- Extra excursions we may can taxis to the market or a meal out

- Alcohol is not included but you are welcome to enjoy

- Massages & Hammam

 

HOW TO GET HERE

​

The nearest airport is Marrakech Menara and our venue is about 30 minutes south.Transfers are MAD 125 (c.£10) in a shared taxi and MAD 250 (c.£20) in a personal taxi. We can organise for you when we have your flight times.

FLIGHTS

​

You can of course choose the flights that work best for you and it depends where you are traveling from. The retreat is not far from the airport so you are welcome to organise you're own way there. However I will gather flight details and can help to organise group transfer if you'd prefer.

ARRIVAL / LEAVING DAYS

​

The retreats will be ready for us by 3pm on our arrival day and we will plan to leave around or before 12pm on our leaving day.

They can be a little flexible on this if we need to be.

I am very very happy to organise a personal payment plan with you please email me to ask and we can work out what serves you best.  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

Once your deposit is paid this secures your place and is non refundable (KIND OF), in the case that either you OR I manage to refill your space on the retreat I am happy to return this deposit  to you. 

 

2 months before travel 100% fee must be paid to keep your space, once paid this is non refundable unless again the space is refilled. If the fee is not paid I have to then offer your place to anyone waiting to book on.

REVIEWS

I wanted to send a late but very big and warm thank you for hosting the retreat. It was my first and I can't tell you how much I enjoyed it, and I hope you did too. Everything was really smooth, I felt very welcomed and can't tell you how much I enjoyed the yoga, reconnecting with nature, others there and myself.

 

In our final session of the week I mentioned how much of a shift I felt, and I'm really thankful to you for hosting that experience .

Retreating last year was unbelievable, i have a new community of friends and got to spend so much quality time restoring myelsf and my body - also the food was divine!

Just wanted to say a great, big thank you for last week. You created such a lovely, warm atmosphere, the classes were just the right balance of fun and depth, and I really appreciated your advice re. my bendiness and brokenness. I took away from the week a lot more than I was expecting to, and feel a new confidence and motivation in my yoga practice.
