The Full Practice
Saturday January 11th 2-4pm
A New Year and the perfect way to clear the festive lethargy and open new energy for the month ahead. A dedicated extended practice to really dive into things.
The session includes guided meditation, flowing sequences, restorative asanas, and a long, nurturing savasana. As you rest, the sweet tones of singing bowls will guide you into a deep, calming reset—leaving you refreshed, restored, focused and clear.
Awakening and warming up the body and breath, moving through dynamic, mindful flows that build and open energy and balance. Then taking time to softening and slowing and transitioning into a complete release, both physically and mentally. By the time we cool down, you’ll feel ready for deep rest.
My Classes
My classes aim is to teach more than just movement. A guide to understanding yourself, seeing yourself more clearly. Feeling comfortable and connected to your body, creating a harmonious being. All systems aware, awake and attune to one another. The class will be open and light in offering, expect to feel good but also be pushed to look within. I use, mantra (minder keeper) affirmation, meditation techniques, to focus, Sankalpa (intention) as some of our tools to establish deep unity within. ​

Having taught for over 20 years I am a senior Yoga Teacher, with many trainings and studies inside and outside of the purest version of yoga ranging from anatomy & physiology to yoga nidra and yin yoga, all of these help me offer such well rounded supportive classes for all levels.

I do offer private classes but am currently fully booked, please email to join a waitlist. A space will opening up soon, on Tuesday mornings.
