PREGNANCY YOGA WORKSHOP

GET THE KNOWLEDGE TO HELP YOU JOURNEY THROUGH THIS TRANSITIONAL PHASE OF MAGIC 

COMING SOON

A 2 hour workshops for those transitioning form Maiden to Mother. 

 

This 2 hour workshop is there to guide pregnant women in their ever-changing being, providing support in this time of great shift. To help to understand the needs of the body and mind during this phase of life. To build strength and support where needed and find ease and release where is nourishing. 

 

Emily will guide a flow for about 90 mins where she will teach you the adaptions to support you body and growing baby. 

 

Opening with a group sharing to connect with the room and understand where we are all at, closing the session with a guided yoga nidra providing deep healing and restore. 

 

Please note **practice is only advised from 12 weeks onwards. During the first 12 weeks more restore practise of breath work, meditation and restorative are more well suited

JUNE 5-12TH 2021

This training is for those who already hold their 200hrs of yoga certification. I would say its most ideal for those with experience as a teacher. Within this 6 day long course the aim is to provide support to aid teachers stepping into their true power. It is my belief that when more fully in this state of teaching not only are your more true in what you get to communicate and connect with your students but also in self you really come into the element of feeling at home with who you are and how you teach. This delicious retreat space has literally stolen my heart there are just some places within this world that awaken all my sense but still keep me grounded enough to notice. Set in the countryside of Portugal, a small town called Oleiros. Think self love, relaxation, mind body reset, meditation, yummy food, animal kingdom, late night fires, salt water pool, hammocks in the trees....

AND....this Retreat I unite with Paul Wong to bring even more harmony to our shakti and shiva balance.
